Our rental fees starts at $90 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.

A non-refundable fee is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due before your event. 

Yes, we encourage you decorate the space yourself and make it your own perfect space. Please just avoid using nails, screws, or anything that may damage the walls.

We also offer, for an additional fee, custom decorating for you specific event.

Yes, plenty of free parking is available just steps away from the building.

Use of tables, padded banquet chairs, kitchenette, bathroom, 55" television, and wifi.

Perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 40 people.
